The super soft black Italian made calf leather combined with the all silver steel case is the perfect everyday Swiss one hand watch. Very comfortable to wear, this vintage timepiece goes along nicely with most of your outfits - of course that depends a bit on your wardrobe!

In the 1990s I left my job in high tech and spent six traveling in Africa. On that trip I let go of precise time-telling and it felt wonderful. For most of us there is no need to tell time down to the minute, and it's unnatural to try to box our lives in with such precision. When I returned to the US I changed how I answered the question "what time is it". Instead of giving the precise answer shown on my watch, I started rounded to the nearest ten minutes or so. Unfortunately, I never had a watch that thought about time the way I did. Until now, that is. The slow Jo 05 is a great watch. Solid, comfortable, beautiful to look at, and most importantly it tells time on a human scale. You see the whole day laid out before you. You see it start up and then wind down. It's great to finally have my watch. Highly recommended.

I'm really impressed with the quality of this beautiful timepiece. The one hand concept is certaily unique and the watch seems built to stand the test of time. Attention to detail is apparent. The watch just has a very nice, quality feel to it. The design is simple, sleek and sexy I love it! As impressed as I am with the watch, I'm most impressed with the customer service I received from this exceptional company. I had the opportunity to email them a few times with questions before my purchase. They were quick to reply, very helpful and extraordinarily gratious. It's refreshing to know great customer service still exists. I wish more companies cared for cutomers the way the Slow team obviously does. If you've been searching for a unique, high quality watch that's backed by a great company, look no further. I say Slow is the way to go!
